About Jerome

There’s nothing like writing an “About Me” page to make you think, “Wow, I’m just all over the place, aren’t I?” A husband, a dog-dad, a do-gooder… it feels a bit like having to write a cover letter to the entire world that describes your entire life. But no pressure, right?

Here’s my best stab at summarizing everything that we’ve got going on around here.

On your screen

I’ve got a television show that makes people feel like they can change the world (for the better), a blog that helps me connect with people on the things that we share as humans (like relationships, finance, and culture), and social media channels that try really hard to make people laugh.

In your ears

My podcast really celebrates people and their journeys. At this point each episode is an uplifting, feel-good experience. If you come on my podcast as a guest then you’ll leave feeling like you’ve made your parents proud.

That’s not a joke. I interviewed a friend and now his mom listens to that episode on repeat. 🙂

In Real Life

Recently I’ve been getting asked to speak at events, moderate panels, or host fun parties. Whenever possible, I invite people to come join those events!

I also love being out and about in the world. If there’s a chance to meet new people, try different foods, see new places, or learn about new cultures – I’m there! 

Money

A lot of the things that I do cost money. Typically I partner with brands to help them share their stories with the people in my life. I also earn money through Patreon, grants, brand partnerships, or advertisements.
